Series 3: 5 Surefire Ways To Earn Extra Cash Online

Get Paid to Write

If you have a knack for writing, this one is for you.

In making money online, “Content is king”. This phrase has been proven to be true over time. However, many webmasters find it hard to create content for several reasons mostly due to other commitments. Because of this, a lot of webmasters outsource their content. They look for writers to help them out by creating content for their website, or for creating articles to promote their website.
Most website owners will be more than happy to hire someone to help them by creating content for their webpage. Therefore many website owners look to hire people to help write content for their site. Many of these website owners are willing to pay people on an article-produced basis – paying a certain amount of money for every article that the writer is able to generate.

The typical rate for a 400 word article to be created is around $10. Interest and/or experience in a certain subject can be an advantage when creating content on specific topics or for targeted audience. In this case, the arrangement is beneficial for all parties involved. The website owner generates content and is willing to pay someone to write this content while the writer is interested in the subject of the website and is willing to write and get paid for the articles.
Below is a list of website where you can submit your writings and get paid:

Pay-per-post
Helium
Reviewstream
Blogsvertise
Triond

Being paid to write articles online can be a very lucrative job, and is especially worth doing if you enjoy writing. To start writing articles it is recommended that you have good knowledge of the English language, and is willing to work for short deadlines.

Creating some articles to be used as a portfolio for your writing skills can be worthwhile to show potential employers your writing skills. This can be very helpful in trying to impress them and urge them to hire you. Also, as mentioned in my previous posts, it is recommended that you have a Paypal account set up, or any other popular online-payment method. This is to ensure that you can get easily paid for your writing work.

Get Paid to Read

Paid-to-read (PTR) programs works similar to PTC programs. The only difference is that, the ads are sent to your email inbox or to the "Internal Mailbox" of your account found in the PTR website. For ads sent directly to your email inbox, you may open it and click the link directly from your email then a new window will open, let it run for a few seconds until you get credit. For those that are sent to your internal mailbox, you will recieve a notification in your email that you have a commercial email waiting to be viewed in your internal mailbox. You need visit the website and log on to your account with the username and password you provided during the registration. Then, open the email messages and click the Paid Ad link and let it run for a few seconds, usually 30 seconds to get credit.

These programs pays from $0.0025-$0.02 per ads and minimum payout varies. Unlike PTC there are less ads on PTR, around 2-5 ads per day only. However, there are other programs integrated such as “Get Paid to Sign Up" or "Get Paid to Complete Offers”. Other PTR programs also have PTC programs integrated in their system.

You will also need to sign up to create an account. But before you do, I would suggest that you open a separate email account intended just for this purpose unless you want to mess your inbox with a lot of spam that goes with the paid email messages. Also, do not use a yahoo and hotmail account because it sends the paid ad messages to your Bulk Mail or Spam folder.

Below are some of the trusted PTR programs that I’ve tried and tested. Click on the link to sign up and start recieving paid emails.
